2010 Teen Camp PV 3
Week three of Teen and Junior Camps at Northland proved to be full of excitement and life-changing messages from God's Word. Nearly 350 teen campers and sponsors enjoyed the third round of Off-Road Adventure for this summer, where team Full Throttle Racing edged out Accelerate Motorsports for their first win of the summer in the week-long competition in activities, scripture memory, and cabin challenges. We were privileged to have Evangelist Tom Farrell as the primary speaker for the week. Many teens trusted Christ as Savior, many committed to serve God in full-time ministry, as well as made other decisions to seek God's will for their lives. Camp Director Steve Pettit taught through I John 4, Life in the Gospel, every morning. Overall, it was an amazing blend of high-intensity games and free-time events, with passionate teaching from the Word of God.
Over 75 juniors enjoyed a great week at Pioneer Village as well. Evangelist Will Galkin was the main speaker of the week, and really enjoyed his time with these juniors on the "other side of the lake." It was great to see God at work in the hearts of these 4th-6th graders through Brother Will, as well as Wagonmaster Jeremy Frazor and the rest of the PV staff.
We're thankful to God for answering prayer this week, and giving us a great week of making memories. Don't just take our word for it - come see for yourself! Only a few weeks left!
